1.) The PIT Chair will appoint, from this committee, a team leader for each geographical location of Lake County. Other team leaders may be appointed, as needed, from the General Membership.

​

2.) The PIT Committee shall be responsible for establishing the survey methods and tools for the annual homeless count in Lake County.

​

3.) The PIT Committee will coordinate the annual homeless count, ensuring that proper procedure is followed.

​

4.) The PIT Chair will report the findings to the General Membership and to HUD.
