The Lake County Continuum of Care has partnered with the Lake County Housing Commissions Public Housing Authority to connect our community members experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness with Emergency Housing Vouchers.

THE APPLICATION PROCESS CAN TAKE UP TO 2 YEARS TO RECEIVE A REFFERAL TO PUBLIC HOUSING AUTHORITY FOR A VOUCHER.
